We were matched with Rebecca via the unbiased.co.uk website, she contacted me straight away and I explained our situation as I didnt think we had a straight forward case, Rebecca immediately put me at ease and explained the different options available to us, and was confident we would get a mortgage offer, I uploaded our evenidence and within a couple of days she emailed me to advise she had got us a DIP! We started looking for properties and had an offer accepted, Rebecca quickly got to work and made sure all the correct evidence and paperwork was ready to submit for the mortgage application and explained what would happen next and what the response time was for the mortgage company.  It was a lot quicker than I was expecting and within a week we had our mortgage offer ! Rebecca kept us up to date with everything even emailing on a bank holiday, early in a morning or a weekend. Rebecca has  offered to help us with building Insurance and income protection with no pressure at all to accept the quotes provided. I would recommend Rebecca to anyone who requires financial/mortgage advice i feel she really has made the sometimes overwhelming experience of trying to secure a mortgage alot clearer and less stressful. I was extremely anxious due to some previous adverse credit, but she was professional, friendly and really reassuring throughout the whole process.
